In case you didn’t know, I’m a big proponent of the earth, specifically a big proponent of loving the heck out of it. A friend of mine, Jonathan Pape, who’s a producer for PlatformQ (a very cool company that puts on virtual conferences) has been organizing the Virtual Energy Forum that’s being held next week.

The line up looks great, and if you think you have some free time on the 9th and/or 10th, it may be worth the viewing, especially if you’re in the industry. Plus, you don’t have to go anywhere! (In fact, as of right now, the forum participants have saved almost 6 million pounds of Carbon-dioxide emissions by hopping online).

**Correction: See comment below.  Virtual Energy Forum is 9-10 June 2008.

Just to correct… The Virtual Energy Forum is Tues, June 10 and Wed, June 11– (not on 6/9). Attendance is free. I'm really looking forward to it.
