Sara’s focus is on digital marketing, user experience design, and social media community management.
Sara has worked as a social media community manager for Syracuse University. During this time, she monitored SU’s Facebook and Twitter accounts for opportunities to engage in conversations with fans, identified relevant news and content to distribute to the SU community, and worked with other SU departments to support and extend their marketing programs.
She is also a member of 40 Below, where she volunteers for its communications committee. This committee oversees the rebranding of the logo and website, publicizing events, helping to produce fundraising material, and maintaining 40 Below’s social media accounts.
Sara holds an MS in Media Management from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, and BSs in Marketing Management and Accounting from Whitman Business School at Syracuse University. Aside from education and business, Sara spends her time training and competing in AQHA horse shows. She currently owns 3 horses at Pople Ridge Farm, located in Mexico, NY, and has been jumping since she was 9 years old. She’s also interested in sports, movies, technology, and traveling.
